Volleyball is a sport dominated by strength and power. Players need power in their legs to get high in the air and strength in their upper body to spike, block, and dig balls. Lifting weights stimulates muscle fibers to grow, which allows athletes to produce more force at faster rates.

About the event

Volleyball is a sport dominated by strength and power. Players need power in their legs to get high in the air and strength in their upper body to spike, block, and dig balls. Lifting weights stimulates muscle fibers to grow, which allows athletes to produce more force at faster rates. Thus, as players get stronger their explosive power also heightens on the court. Strengthening volleyball-specific muscles ensures that athletes are able to reach their maximum performance potential.

Event Schedule Details;

  • Starts on 6/20/22 and ends 8/4/2022
  • Conditioning will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • There is no conditioning the week of 7/4/2022
  • Conditioning will move to evenings during the week of Gator Camp on 8/1/2022

You will choose your package, fill out the form, and click purchase. An email will be sent to you to pay for your child registration. It's important to check the email and pay, this is only the registration form.

We are asking parents to sign up for healthy snack rotation for after conditioning. Recommendations are apples, oranges, bananas, etc. If you're willing, please click here to sign up.
